i remember crashing class 4/3 chalet with dex, carvey and zhu an. i remember everybody getting so hyped up in class when jeanne just came into our class as a new foreign student. miss caroline chan is the most patient teacher i've ever came across. there was once when she brought me into the staff room and questioned my goals. during that period of time, i really wanted to get into temasek poly's product design innovation. she switch on her desktop, look for the correct contact number, and called temasek poly to enquire about the course's COP. which teacher will do that for you.?

we were really close at one period of time, meeting for supper almost every night, pool and lan dates, and a whole lot of other things we managed to find to do in the wee hours. after playing long hours of football in school, we'd share a taxi back and always get condemned by the taxi driver for being sweaty and smelly. who cares. sadly, he has since moved to another part of singapore, which makes it very difficult for us to meet.

these are the only few subjects that i encountered during my desaru trip. my desaru trip was made less enjoyable because i was carrying my tripod all around the entire day. i needed my tripod because we were going to see fireflies that night. but upon reaching, i was told that no photography was allowed. what a wasted trip.

this indian dancer appeared at one of my condo's function during deepavali. she was one of the young performers for the day. i know, i was never into indian dancing. but she was really good.

this was taken at one of the genting trips i went with my aunt and family. this guy played with snakes and white tigers during his performance. very crazy guy.

when he first came into my school, most of us didn't like him. he was selfish on the court. but skillful, we had to agree. i will never forget that spectacular goal he netted during one of our west zonal games - a half-volley just outside the penalty box. awesome shit.

the people i spend every recess with. all of us got into good institutions that we should be proud of, but only one decided to take an alternative route.

zhu an has contracted the liondance+muaythai disease lately, being extra hyper each time we meet.

i hope carvey changes for the better, because if he doesn't, he will knock somebody down one day, should he try to do the walks up to you in rapid pace, stops in front of you, jerks like a mad dog, and walks away. we shall meet on the 2 jan and do some valuable unofficial photoshoots.

rinaldo will be back this january, and i think i'll shout for joy when i see this indon. he is much missed.

terencejit, judging from his messenger personal message, should well be on his way to a whole new career - the dhol player. his personal message currently reads, dance to the beat while i bang my dhol. rock on punjab.

samuel is a cutie. that day, i caught a glimpse of the bighead when bus 61 passed by ngee ann. he was wearing this skinny black jeans, some polo tee that must have been mass distributed during his IT fair working days, and a pair of really handsome slippers. to top it all, he was carrying this very formal black laptop briefcase-like bag. it's a holy contrast. i smiled to myself in the bus. i text him, "eh you very handsome." and he called me, demanding, "eh where are you. come find me leh. where where where." obviously i was on the bus, on my way home. i lied, "you go to the dustbin there." he walked and tried to find me. and this game went on for a good 6 minutes. samuel must remain a cutie. the people from starhub and M1 love such customers, because he dials the number of random people every night. that's if, he hasn't change.

after such a long time, dex got himself into a _____ state. i was taken aback when i saw him. his chest muscle could have been mistaken for pamela's, and his arms, it contributes at least 30% to his body weight.! but i'm cool. he is still as cool (in the dull way) as ever.

i think i am sad that we haven't been meeting much as often as we'd like to. but it's fine.

the sp people probably makes the 2nd post. they make my poly days interesting. yulin shall be my backgate supplier (HAHA YKNOW WHY); lhc will meet up with me after her lessons, but we haven't been doing that of late, but it's fine; sulin, amongst my class, is my scandal. she pounce (literally) towards me whenever we meet in the corridors.

i'm happy to have them as my friends. because they brought me to meet the most glorious people of all times - darrenjoeyhofebianxwleodarlieserenedawn.

this is no joke. this is no lie. these 2 people are my roots - the roots that sprouted my maturity, the roots that mould me to what i am now. imagine a geek being my roots - i'll probably be reading twilight now for the 7th time, isolating myself from the world. but thank god, i'm donning street shitz instead of hangten in town. i owe it to these 2 people. my secondary school life, my life - changed when my world met yours. and they're so important that they deserve the very first post of riverbelow1.

this is not a thank-you speech, not a dedication, but a reminder to self of those who had made an impact my life. because, i want to remember you forever.
